Truecast is a financial modelling platform that turns raw, messy financial statements into transparent, auditable, investor-ready forecasts — in under 10 seconds.
We built it for the founder who is running their company's finances on a 47-tab spreadsheet and knows it has broken formula references. And for the VC analyst who receives 10 companies' data room documents and needs to normalise them into comparable models before the end of the day.
The problem we're solving
Most financial forecasting tools fall into one of two camps: opaque AI that generates numbers you cannot explain, or enterprise software that costs six figures to implement and assumes you have a full finance team.
The result is that the majority of SME founders and early-stage operators run their financial planning on spreadsheets — models they built themselves, that only they understand, full of assumptions that nobody has ever questioned. When investors ask how a number was derived, the honest answer is often "trust me."

What Truecast does
Upload your financial statements — Excel workbooks, CSV exports, or PDF financials exactly as they come out of your accounting software or arrive in a data room. Truecast's AI engine classifies every line item, maps it to its correct IFRS category, and presents you with a preview for approval before anything is computed.
Once you confirm, the modelling engine generates a complete 36-month 3-statement model: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, calculated using explicit, deterministic formulas. Not machine learning. Not probabilistic guesses. Math you can read.
The Formula Inspector shows you the full calculation tree behind every figure in the model. When a VC asks how you got to that revenue number, you open the Inspector and walk them through it line by line. No decoding required.
